Community Risk Reduction (CRR) requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to draw on the varied strengths of a diverse team. This half-day workshop, led by NFPA’s Chelsea Rubadou and Karen Berard-Reed, will empower teams to build high-performing CRR teams by leveraging a blend of work styles, perspectives, and strengths. Attendees will explore a relatable conceptual framework designed to help CRR leaders identify performance gaps, fill critical team roles, and create an environment where diverse thinking leads to innovative problem-solving.

Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, participants will engage in the thinking processes essential to deploying NFPA 1300 effectively.
