Transfers
VCOS 2023 attendees who chose to transfer their registration fees to 2024 will receive a separate email with instructions on how to register with the transferred funds. If you did not receive this correspondence please email conferences@iafc.org to receive your transfer instructions.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
All cancellations will be subject to a $75/person administrative fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the registration center via e-mail to conferences@iafc.org by October 11, 2024. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. After October 11, 2024, substitutions will be allowed in the event the registrant is unable to attend, but no refunds will be issued. Telephone substitutions will be permitted.
