Please Note: You must register for the conference before securing a hotel reservation in the official block. This process has been in place for several years to prevent early 'hold' booking of hotel rooms by potential attendees, this causes the block to sell out and then the section has experienced a rash of last minute cancellations which has exposed them to potential hotel contractual penalties and also kept confirmed attendees from staying at the host hotel. The reservation link and call in code for the block will be provided at the end of the registration process and in the confirmation email. 

Cancellation/Substitution Policy:

All cancellations will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the IAFC via e-mail, conferences@iafc.org, by Thursday, October 6, 2022. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. After Thursday, October 6, 2022, substitutions will be allowed in the event the registrant is unable to attend, but no refunds will be issued.
