Transfers
Hazmat attendees who chose to transfer their registration fees to 2024 will receive a separate email with instructions on how to register with the transferred funds. If you did not receive this correspondence please email conferences@iafc.org to receive your transfer instructions.

Thursday Workshops
Note: All Thursday workshops are included in your full conference registration. The workshops listed below require pre-registration due to space limitations. All other workshops listed on the full conference schedule are first-come, first-served. A complete list of the daily sessions can be found here.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
All attendee cancellations will be subject to a $75/person administrative fee. Attendee cancellations must be sent in writing to the registration Center via e-mail to conferences@iafc.org by Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. After Wednesday, May 8, 2024, substitutions will be allowed if the registrant cannot attend and must be sent in writing to conferences@iafc.org, but no refunds will be issued.
Exhibitors may cancel badges or submit substitutions. To do so, please email conferences@iafc.org by May 31, 2024.
