Transfers

Hazmat attendees who chose to transfer their registration fees to 2023 will receive a separate email with instructions on how to register with the transferred funds.  We appreciate your loyalty to the Hazmat Conference and adapting with us over the past few years.  If you did not receive this correspondence please email conferences@iafc.org to receive your transfer instructions.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy:

All cancellations will be subject to a $75/person administrative fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing to the registration center via e-mail to conferences@iafc.org by Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. After Tuesday, May 16, 2023, substitutions will be allowed in the event the registrant is unable to attend, but no refunds will be issued. Telephone substitutions will be permitted.
